Nitrogen Concentrator/ Evaporator

Nitrogen Concentrator / Evaporator is an equipment designed to Concentrator various samples by Nitrogen Purging with simultaneous heating. It is designed to Concentrator samples for multiple applications. It is a bench top Model Made of Stainless Steel (SS) to ensure long life, no rusting and durability. It has an inbuilt PID based controller with over limit safety cut-off system for Water Bath / Dry Bath. This system can be set to Various Temperatures and Pressures / Flow. These parameters i.e., Temperature and Pressure / Flow are maintained at constant fixed / set values, during sample conditioning period, ensuring proper Evaporation It is very user friendly and in total control of user. The controller is PID Based and maintains water bath / Dry Bath Temperature consistently. A safety Cut-off for over temperature shoot up, ensures trouble free operation for user. Blower is used to collect the fumes which are hazardous or Toxic and vent them out We use Compact, high through put and efficient blow. Alliance offers a wide range of options in Nitrogen Evaporator Concentration system. We have designed our system for easy upgradability and quick maintenance at very low cost. User can initially plan for a system with Minimum Samples system and in future can upgrade to higher model without sending the system to our factory. In our Nitrogen Evaporator Concentrator, we use vortex evaporation technology, thus increasing the speed of evaporation, while maintaining the integrity of sample. We use precise pressure controller to maintain the pressure and flow uniformly throughout the working period. Nitrogen / Helium gas is used due to its inert property Nitrogen requirement in Nitrogen Evaporator concentrator is high so it is always advisable to keep Multiple Cylinders, Manifold , Nitrogen Generators or Nitrogen Skids depending on number of sample.

Ultrasonic Bath (Sonicator)

Ultrasonic cleaning uses cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate a liquid. The agitation produces high forces on contaminants adhering to substrates like metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and ceramics. This action also penetrates blind holes, cracks, and recesses. The principle is that High frequency electrical energy is converted into ultrasound waves by means of ultrasonic Transducers, which are bonded on the base of S. S. Water Tank. These high frequency sound waves create in the liquid countless, Microscopic Vacuum Bubbles, which rapidly expand and collapse.

Sonication is the mechanism used in ultrasonic cleaning—loosening particles adhering to surfaces. In addition to laboratory science applications, sonicating baths have applications including cleaning objects such as spectacles and jewellery. Sonication is used in food industry as well.

Sonication is commonly used in nanotechnology for evenly dispersing nanoparticles in liquids. Additionally, it is used to break up aggregates of micron-sized colloidal particles.

It is applied in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, water, food, ink, paint, coating, wood treatment, metalworking, nanocomposite, pesticide, fuel, wood product and many other industries.

Sonication can be used for the production of nanoparticles, such as nano emulsions, nanocrystals, liposomes and wax emulsions. For wastewater purification, degassing, extraction of plant oil, extraction of anthocyanins and antioxidants, production of biofuels, crude oil desulphurization, cell disruption, polymer and epoxy processing, adhesive thinning, and many other processes.

Sonication can be used to speed dissolution, by breaking intermolecular interactions. It is especially useful when it is not possible to stir the sample, as with tubes. It may also be used to provide the energy for certain chemical reactions to proceed

HPLC Column Washing Pump

The reliable Pump consists of single-headed positive displacement piston pumps incorporating advanced cam designs for very low pulsation. Bacteriological Laboratory Incubators

Eepically designed to conduct life cycle testing, Shelf life studies, general o o incubation and refrigerated storage. Temperature range adjustable from 5.0 C to 60.0 C with Micro controller based temperature controller. Chambers are exclusively used for seed testing, Biological studies etc.

The cabinet of Chambers is insulated with high density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam. Interior of the chambers are mirror finish stainless Steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) mild steel and the door has magnetic gasket with a keyed door lock. Specially designed solid stainless steel wire mesh trays ensure even temperature distribution and storage inside. GMP models are in total stainless steel (Inside S. S 304 with mirror finish and outside. S.S 304 dull finish and inner S.S 316 is also available on request at extra cost) and the unit is mounted on caster wheels for ease of mobility

Type I grade water, also known as Ultrapure Water, is the purest form of water to be produced. It’s used for the most critical applications and advanced analytical procedures. This includes:

Type II water grade doesn’t have the same pureness of Type I, but still maintains high levels of purity. It is a good feed water for clinical analyzers as the calcium build-up is reduced with this water type.
